Wayne Williams of the Atlanta's murders,how much time did he receive, what was he actually charged with?

From October 1979 to May 1981, Wayne Williams killed twenty-seven young black boys customary Atlanta. As most serial killers are white, it was thought such the Atlanta child criminal was a white racist.
